I have to say this, please make sure you are not related in the first generation, make sure ! cause if you do hook up your children could have many problems genetically
but............on the other hand,
you should just start by hanging out with that person alot!!!!! when i say alot!!! i mean alot!!!!
invite the cousin over and have a few drinky drinks....
and things WILL happen eventually......
