About muslims....?

Question

Uhm I would like to ask some questions.
1. I don't know but if I remember correctly they said to me that muslim teaches good things, love n' stuff......but if so, what's the problem with jews...I mean if the religion teaches to be good....why do they hate a nation.
2. Why do they treat women like ....I don't know...slaves?

I'm just confused about this...but correct me if I'm wrong about any teaching. ......

Hm....jus tbecause jew had some poisoning stuff with Muhhamed....please....then christians could slaughter the jews and the romans for killing Jesus....strange that we don't.....oh well, I see it's a false religion (according to the Bible)...so I don't care...just can't see why people believe in this...anyway thx for the answers.

Unfortunately media succeeded in destroying the beauty about Islam, also ignorant Muslims destroyed Islam, look at scotters75's answer for example he's totally affected by media and lies, he didn't even bother to go deep and ask him self why Islam is the fastest growing religion on earth.

We don't hate Jews, because muslims should not hate, but Allah told us stories about Jews to be carefuller & never trust them. They killed Massengers of God (I believe we all know that), and they will keep that way, they keep targetting leaders that could make a change, they always want to have full control and spread evil. (look at palestine for instance).

As for women in Islam, Yes, Muslim men are treating Muslim women very bad (and that's very few like every other nation in the world, usa is a big examply), but my question to you, COULD YOU find me any verse in the Qur'an that tells us to treat women in a bad way? the answer is NO. so we should be open enough to understand the difference between Muslims and Islam.

A) Jews and Arabs are supposed to be related through Abraham. Jews are descended from Isaac, and Arabs are descended from Ishmael. The descendents of Ishmael formed the Muslim religion.

B) They have been living together in the same region with limited resources. They have fought like this for centuries, some might say millenia. Israel/Palestine is just the latest conflict.

C) They hate Israel the nation because they feel it was forced upon them by the West. The Palestinians consider the Jews invaders on their land.

D) I don't think they treat women as slaves, but they do have very severe behavior restrictions. Slaves I believe were treated much worse, when the Muslims still owned them.

So, you think the Quran says to treat women like slaves, to hate a certain nation? In the Quran, it says to keep peace with everybody, and try to be kind and not to hate anybody, but if you do, do not let them know it. And in the Quran it states that women have alot of rights, and freedom to express their feelings. It's just individuals and their own thoughts, seperate from their religion, that do such things as hating a nation, or treating women like slaves.

I'm a Muslim, and I'm a girl...but I'm not treated like a slave.

It is just that men are needed to protect the whole family, b/c men are obviously physically more stronger and they usually make the desicion for their family.

I apologize if anything sounds rude in here...it is just I have been searching on Yahoo answers for questions on Islam, and some people have really annoyed me...So, very sorry. I hope you understand all of these things.

Salam :) i'm a Muslim teen living in Canada. I placed on hijab alhamdullilah and it is for the most area commonplace right here considering i stay in a huge city with a enormous Muslim inhabitants. I do get the few ignorant comments and idiots in college in spite of the indisputable fact that who ask stuff like "yo were given a bomb lower than there hahaha". in spite of the indisputable fact that the hardest area is being distinct out of your friends. Being a Muslim, activities, alcohol courting boys wearing revealing clothing and so on is haram, or maybe as i do not pick to attempt this besides, it should be somewhat awkward to ought to describe why i do not do it to those who evaluate it purely area of being a teenager and its uncomplicated to them. Muslims living in Muslim international places truly have it a lot less puzzling even as it is composed of setting up in. first of all ur first question, why do they hate the nation, if u are talking about now-a-days, about Palestine and Israel i blame no one for Muslims to be mad, cuz if u look at history, that land was Muslim land, but after world war Jews were forced their, and Muslims forced out, and to this day the struggle continues, they are at war, i have seen devastating picture, of Israeli soldiers killing children and very old men on their olive farms, we all k now that the olive tree takes a long time to grow, and yet many Israeli trucks pass through these farms erasing the existence of farms, houses and even families.

ur second question. u ask why are women treated as slaves? well i must disagree with u, even though i am a man . where i live, a Muslim country women are free to go and come as they please, and last year they got their voting and electing right. moreover, no women is forced to wear hijab(cover her hair) i may guess u live in Europe or NA and u do not have the experience of reality of life here. and in some way believe the propaganda a of movies about the middle-east. i have met many Canadians and Americans here that loove it, and did definitely have a different stereotype of us Arabs. one person thought we would be riding camels(even though i know he was exaggerating), but then he told me he was amazed of the amount of cars and types from Lamborghinis to Ferrari's to porches, to bmw's and so on.

I do not blame u for ur ignorance of how life is here, but am glad u asked and gave me the opportunity to explain.:p

The problem with the jews started round about the time of moses. They displeased Allah. They didn't listen to the prophet when he was ALIVE n they asked stupid things from the Almighty.... U'll have to research it. I don't really know the whole thing.

the jews can only think of money n themselves. or so we have been told by various facts even from the past. N v have been told that they sort of asked Prophet Moses to curse them.... n well, they got cursed.

I personally don't really have anything against u if u r a jew.


about the women. the media just highlights these things. its not true though. I mean, c'mon, even in places like europe n us. there is sex abuse n physical abuse n child abuse right? but that dosn't mean that christianity teaches it. in it's own way, christinaity also teaches love. so how come there is sex n physical n child abuse? same goes for islam.......

About Hijab. In europe n us n other countries, girls go about in mini-dresses to look sexually actractive to men. WHY???? Isn't this a sort of oppression. The Hijab gives completel privacy to women of their body. Its not oppression. Its security. THINK!!! Where is the most high rate of sex abuse n rape and why? Where it is the least? Why? WHy do men have to 'look' at us like that? With that diry stare? With the 'look' that says loudly for the whole world to hear... "SEX". Why?

Muslims do not necessarily treat women as slaves. Islam do not advocate this in anyway. As a matter of fact the Holy Koran enjoins men to treat women with the respect they deserve. Just because some Muslim communities treat women shabbily should not in anyway be interpreted as being indicative of a general Islamic disposition.
