Have you bought some from the grocers isle? Different brands and some soft, some crunchy..but the bottom line is, why do some of them suck so bad? How do you screw up a cookie? Them softbatch cookies are nasty! WTF were they thinking?

It's the libtards fault. It's part of a vast liberal conspiracy to undermine the cookie market thereby destroying the capitalist pigs cookie profits.

Actually, all joking aside, its the preservatives they pump into them that wreck the taste. A lot of the national brands use "fake" chocolate, too, to save a buck. If I buy chocolate chip cookies, I want chocolate chips, dammit, not artificial chocolate flavored chips.

I agree. softbatch cookies are horrible. The best ones are usually the ones in the bakery (no preservatives). I won't buy from the cookie aisle, anymore. I'd rather pay a little more for something that actually tastes good.

anything mass produced and packaged tastes worse than the real deal. they are made with cheaper ingredients and have preservetives to keep them from spoiling on the shelf.

oh yeah and because i didnt make them. i make awesome cookies if i do say so myself.
