u can enrol for toefl or ielts (english courses) or u can go to d chatrooms to learn. u can also buy an english dictionary so if u r in a chatroom & u dont know d meaning, d dictionary will help u.

Read more English newspaper n use the Dictionary if you can't understand the meanings. Try to talk to your friends in English......don feel shy about your broken english.......practice makes prefect....enjoy it.,,,,buddy

you r using internet & keep on doing so bcos u will get more exposure to ENGLISH ; try and read e-papers with the help of English to Tamil dictionery for easy understanding.
