I have a kitten that is almost a month old, she's small and alittle boney, but yesterday she seemed extremely weak so I brought her inside to monitor her. She ate most of the food I offered and is being more playful and active, but still seems troubled and listless....please help!

I said she was 1 month old, she's actually more like 10 weeks old.
And an unpdate for you, she is doing a little better, she is moving around more but still sleeps alot. And she's eating more but is still boney.
Do any of you have any further advise? I'd really appreciate it.

WellI recommend taking the kitten to a vet and perhaps changing the kittens diet to some healthier food. If you go to a local pet shop they have this milk formulated for kittens that might be helpful and keep the kitten indoors and perhaps you can buy a better kitten chow something that has more vitamins and is healthier...if that doesn't work perhaps you should call a vet for more details.

A month old? And your leaving her outside. Wheres the mother cat? Kittens at a month old are still nursing from their mother they are just starting to learn to eat. She needs to be kept inside at all timesand fed often soft canned kitten food. And it would be a good idea to get some KMR kitten replacement milk and feed her that every few hours if she doesn't drink it on her own then feed her with a eye dropper or kitten bottle. No wonder shes thin and weak shes starving to death! And take her to the vets for a complete check up.

Take her to the vet to be checked. Is she an indoor or outdoor cat? I've heard that indoor cats live longer. I still think you should keep feeding her regularly and play with her. Good luck!!

Keep the cats indoors...An outdoor cat is a dead cat. It may have had low blood sugar, eating helped her. Or internal parasites, she'll need medication to treat these. Either way go to a vet...If it is a stray, they may be able to help you with payment options, unless u plan to keep it. Or they may ask you, if you don't want to keep it, to release him for adoption. In the later case you will not be able to keep him with out paying full payment. Good Luck!

you should mix hard kitten food with cat milk to soften it leave this out for them she may be hungry when you aren't offering her food....if that doesn't size her up take her to the vet. I would also recommend keeping her inside...cats outside and more so for kittens get killed...

You need to take her to the vet and have her de-wormed and vaccinated, if you have not already. Make sure she does not have fleas, as fleas can cause a cat to become anemic, especially small kittens.
