Nothing to do with your eyes mate.

Basically it comes down to the Racism issue.

We now cannot call a Blackboard a "BLACK"board for fear of offending someone who is Black or of another Ethnic Origin, who has nothing else better to do than complain that a blackboard cant be called just that. So we have green boards/white boards anything but having to say the word.......sssssh....... black.

Similarly around 6 months ago i heard the story of Baa Baa Black Sheep being banned in schools for the same reason. They subsequently changed it to Baa Baa Rainbow sheep, but the Gay community got upset as the rainbow is their emblem

We live in very .......sssssshhhhh dont let them hear me say this but.........dark times (and no thats not racist before any of you absolute morons start)

Freedom Of Speech. I think thats another question best saved for another day.

because the unique board became black. Then they invented the fairway one, which insisted to be called ''blackboard'' besides to make the many of the popularity of his predecessor. Then ''Blackboard'' sued for copyright infringement, yet no longer some thing should be finished. yet another tale of injustice.

Do they use the green ones anymore? We had white boards in college with the dry erase pens.
