I had just bought a pair of KOSS headphones that came at the cheapest price. However three days later they have fallen apart. The earbud cap for the headphones that are inserted into the ears have fallen off due to KOSS's cheap gluing, and the wires inside of them are attached to a chip. Well something is not right with one of these wires and would like to know if there is an alternative to my problem.

don't waste your time, throw them away and go buy you a good pair. If you bought them at their "cheapest" price there was something wrong with them in the first place, stores don't sell things at the cheapest price possible to make money, they sell it that low to get rid of it.

If you're unable to see how they are physically damaged, there's very little you can do. This is what's normally referred to as "You get what you pay for."
