It is a false conversion that is made based on pressure or emotion. The person changes for a while, but then "backslides" back into their old way of life. My personal opinion is that a person who does that was never saved in the first place.
If you have reservations, then you don't have "faith". A person is saved by grace through FAITH. Hence, without faith, you aren't truly saved.

JESUS EXPLAINED THIS PLAINLY
Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
Joh 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
SO UNTIL YOU ARE RESURRECTED YOU ARE NOT SAVED

It depends what ones means with salvation. In all cases anyway it means that somebody give you a promise or a believe that you will be saved but he is actually not able to do so.

That's a term a Christian minister uses when he believes the "mark" is not donating enough money. It's used to shame the dim-witted into giving more than he/she can afford.

It's "false shaved" and it refers to the members of an
occult religious group ("Fal.sh.ed") that shave only from one side, to depict the good and the bad (shaved, not shaved) side of Life.
