If one time of year is best, I'd say about the time school starts. That way, all the kids who had part-time jobs with the company are leaving, and they need someone to do some of the work. Of course, if you just want to work for a little while, take a Christmas rush job, but It'll usually run out in January.

If you really can't stand the thought of spending one more day at your current job would be a good time. I find it's easier to get another job while I'm still employed. So stick out the rotten job and apply to places you'd like to work at while you're still employed.

A friend of mine once said to me:

You can tell you are dissatisfied with your job, when the number of job ads you look at in any given week is greater than zero.

That is, when you feel the need to start looking for a new job, you mustn't be satisfied with your current job, so it's definitely time to start looking!

Before you quit your current job or before you get fired. When you are on the brink of eviction or bankruptcy - those are also real good times to look for a job.

When you think the one your in is going to drive you from your mind. A piece of advise though that I learned from my father.
Don't quit one job until you have another to go to.

hi

if you feel that you are tired or enough of the job you have now.. just look for it and don't let the other people knows... at the same time you type your resignation letter to give to the manager at least 2-3weeks, so that he knows that your are going to resign..
