Of course and it's a healthy vent... try to find a place where you won't alarm anyone and scream your poor head off. Then tell yourself, "There... that's DONE!"

I remember seeing on TV, when I was like 13 years old or something, this place advertising their business which was basically people paying to destroy a furnished room. These people would go out and buy really cheap furniture from garage sales so that people could unleash their rage in a controlled enviroment. Sounds kinda stupid come to think of it. But when I need a place to vent and scream I always think of that place.

Muffling your voice in a pillow is good, if you can't travel or wait. Active railyards make enough noise to cover it. If there is a Mechanical Engineering College nearby with an understanding professor, perhaps you could borrow their anechoic chamber--or learn to build one.

yes in my country there was this resto where you can unload your frustrations by throwing plates, anything you want for a fee against the wall while shouting your frustrations out. Others throw TV cellphone . Its totally broken but they said it lightens their feelings.

Try your pillow.

Sounds silly but try it just once and see how you feel afterwards.

Works for me.
