stores, especially the larger chains, have marketing plans. they strategically place items to make you pass through other items first, like cookies, candy, cakes,to make you want or buy more. if you notice, dairy might be placed far in the back so that you pass many other things first and come out of the store with more than you planned. it is a marketing gimmick. if the store are dirty or have rude employees, shop elsewhere if possible.

Our grocery store is set up so that you visit the produce and bread aisles 1st and the dairy department last.. Doesn't make sense because the bread at the bottom of the cart gets smashed.

U-scan check out regsiters are another absolute idea from hell.. I've run even the most difficult of cash registers in my life but those damned things?!?! UGH!! I wont even waste my time.. And to think that they're supposed to be convienient!?!?!? Riiiiiiiight!!

The way they organize some of the stuff in their aisles. I don't understand why logic is abandoned and some other method comes into play.

To me, it seems logical to keep the seasoning packets near the spices. But grocery stores seem to think that meat seasoning packets need to be on a low shelf by the meat, the salad dressing seasoning packets need to be in the salad dressing aisle, and the dip seasoning packets need to be in the deli. Since they're all consisting of dry spices, couldn't we just have them all in one area?

Do you really have to ask!

How about whenever they're all out of TEABAGS! Come on now TEABAGS! How can a store be out of TEABAGS!

Not enough staff, and rude staff... all I asked was to check the storeroom for TEABAGS!

Sorry I can't get over ASDA not having any TEABAGS last week

the idiots that bag your bread with jars or cans and smash it. that can piss a person off. Or when you have 40 jars of baby food all the same price and they scan each and everyone. I could go on if you want....
