fist take some soft pillow
first sleep on supine position
place a pillow under neck
one under both knee so that it bends a little
it will provide relaxation to your spine
place a pillow at your feet
keep your hands little abducted at pillow
now the most important thing
whats on your minds matters most than the position for relaxation
forget all the things concentrate on your breathing
let the soft music play around you
and start thinking that you are feelling relaxed.
