Why do men cheat?

because they are so close to the animal, in fact they are just animals, without treu feelings, in most of the times

Men cheat because they are wicked and greedy.And it is also has something to do with physiology and phylogenetics.The upper primates have a system of one male having all of the females to hisself.Others have none and so cannot cheat .The dominant male also have a nonexistent chance of cheating!!!
We are supposed to be superior in these matters but we are not. I wish I lived when Humans behaved as primates do now. Oh man of the ancient jungle I miss your way of living!!!!!!!!

We are programmed to spread our seed to a diverse population. We are all the descendants of those who had the most sex and made the most babies. Having said this, men can and should overcome this nature and can be faithful but that takes thought and maturity and these are not really our "thang" . Oh and the other reason we cheat is that we think that if we do, we will never die.

Men reach their sexual peak at an earlier age then women. Men reach theirs between the ages of 17-25 while women only reach theirs around the ages of 23-30. Alot of younger men cheat to fill their sexual urges but it isn't a gender based thing. Women cheat just as much as men. Just because you haven't done it personally doesn't mean it's not done. Just as you haven't there's plenty of men who haven't either.

guys cheat as they arnt happy with who they are with but enjoy the company of that person... so they get something they cant get from cheating.... its not an excuse for why we do its just the way it happened for me.... i am now happily engaged and i know i will never cheat on her as i could not find any more than what i already have.... guys are usualy shallow self centred types but women are so damn stubborn.... And from experiance women are just as bad with this same subject here in australia.....The grass is never greener on the otherside of the fence

Are we speaking over all? Individually I can say I have never cheated on anyone in my life. I have no strings attached right now, but I promised something to someone and I will keep that promise until as long as they do too.........As far as the rest of the world..I don't care.........

women do cheat as well but some men i have known still live in the ; club them over the head and drag em off; era

it really doesn't matter if u are a male or female. I guess it is up to every individual weather they want to cheat or not...but cheating is one of the worse things in a relationship. it is better to break up before you do all that.

christ thats harldy fair, and they say men are sexist - women cheat you know? hardly fair saying one without the other is it now? but its all the same, same reason, because they want what they cant have, or they are not happy in the relationship they are in, thats usually trhe reason, a affair can give him/her something, that the current partner cant or wont
