Who is going where & when. I don't use the cell phone while I am driving - I've had too many people almost hit me while they're yakking on their cell phones. It's annoying and who wants to go thru the hassle of a crash or potentially running some little kid over while you're discussing what time you're going to the mall?

In most cases, I am talking to my friends finding out where they are at. Usually looking for something to do.
I drive a 6-spd Trans Am, and don't usually run into any problems while driving. If anything comes up, I usually tell the person on the line to hold on!
Here in Chicago, you can get a good $50 ticket for being caught on your cell while driving.

how many people crash while driving with their cell phones... well not that but probably saying i'll be there in a sec, i'm on the road right now=P
