Assuming I’m already running a regular cardio routine, what type of workouts can I use for toning and adding mass to my bicep, triceps, and pectoral muscles? Specific styles of push-ups? Specific swimming strokes? etc. Thanks!

Spend $25 on a subscription to Men's Health Magazine. There are tons of workout routines for doing this sort of thing from home without spending money on a monthly gym membership. I would recommend crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups, then work into different exercises from there.
