It's cool, but most religions are I suppose. If you have no belief well I guess you will be more hollow than I am

It was the religion brought forward to the society towards equality, reduced the power of kings tyrannies, indepth knowledge about peace. The important concept "wantless" is creating peace in mind and people and "wantedness" creating all evils is absolute truth. It was the foundation for christianity, the concepts also followeed by Bentham, Machicleao kind of revolutionist in the west.

Too good to believe - That is Theravada Buddhism and not Mahayana's like they practice in China and Japan. One of the oldest philosophies that could prove anything whether scientifically or beyond. What's said in Buddhism has never been disproved by science yet, in fact it supports science - thinking of the 2550 years history compared to Christianity and other religions - it is remarkable isn't it ?
Also the teaching of Buddha is not confined to a book of 400 pages - you got to read more than 30,000 such books to know it depth and then to practice to experience it.

It's in my opinion one of the more logical religions. They have no creator and all they do is live peacefully together not killing anything and living life after life until the find Nirvana. The other religions should really take a look at how those folks do it.

Its a nice belief system....I prefer Paganism, which shares a lot with Buddhism. They have awesome temples.
