i m create own database but i cann't deside which tools i have a use.

You can create a database out of anything. What you want to do with the database will determine what tools you need. A database is a list. You can create a database using MS Word. But, if you want to manipulate the database, you should use MS Excel. If you want a database that you can manipulate using a variety of software, then use Access.

if you are a begginer you can start with MS Access. it is very easy to use and has all the fucntions of a High end database solutions.

Or else depending on the data you can can choose ORACLE or MSSQL

or if you wanna go for free database use MYSQL or POSTGRE SQL

If you have the Microsoft Office Suite you could try using MS Access, it is not too hard to use and has plenty of templates included for various tasks, it also has a comprehensive tutorial.

Use Microsoft Access database or there are many in the market you can use. I use Access myself bcos I use Visual studio.
