Self gratification is not a sin, sex is natural and just like we need food, clothing and shelter we also need sex to live a normal life. In the absence of a partner, satifsying your own needs can never be sinful. Its pleasurable! ;-)

i don't know, but if you are one and u are chronic... you should cut back some, since masturbation leads to a low sperm count
