i like sum1 n their brother knows but havent told them i still like them, should i tell them i just dont want to lose his friendship we r friends n his bro is my bestfriend so should i tell him n risk friendship or just get over it

You said his brother knows it. Then there is no problem. You tell him when its convenient and in a romantic mood. I am sure you will get a positive reply. Never go back in love. You might regret it later. Opportunity once lost will never come back. If the person is not interested in love, then at least you can bargain for being friends for life. Go ahead and try your luck.
