Well, a lot of girls have a hymen that has to be ruptured first. You've heard the phrase "popping her cherry"? That's its origin. The man has to push through this hymen & break it, resulting in the "cherry juice", or blood.
As for girls without a hymen, most likely it is a combination of nervousness, lack of foreplay, & just not being used to the sensation. I would recommend if you haven't already had your first time, get someone who is experienced, because he'll be more patient with you. If you have had your first time, I'm sorry it wasn't more pleasant for you. Increasing foreplay preferably to the point where you have at least one orgasm should help, as well as relaxing.
