You can do it but it's not the greatest. I am on Michael Thurmond's six week body m akeover. I've lost almost 100 pounds since January 9 of this year. I have only worked out one time. I've done this with the food plan I'm on. So, YES it's possible. Does your skin sag when you lose a lot? Sure. But I'd rather have saggy skin than be as big and unhealthy and close to death like I was. I'm glad to be around so I can play on yahoo answers :)

I assume you're an adult, so here's the skinny: You can do it - up to a point, but you will end up flabby and weak because along with the fat, you will lose muscle.
A word about being too busy to exercise.. my ex husband worked a high-stress investment job. He worked from 7 in the morning to 10 pm at night, no joke. He got up at 5 am and went running for 30 minutes every single day and didn't have one excess gram of fat on him. ...so I'm sorry, but I'm not buying the "I'm too busy" bit.

Drink 1 glass of water before each meal, then 1 during the meal, and then 1 after the meal. I tried this and it did work. You can eat anything you want to just as long as you keep on drinking strictly water! I used to weigh 185 and I weigh 155 now. Do it for 3 months straight!

you don't. you either have the dedication to diet and exercise or you don't. Wake up 40 minutes earlier and jog, but don't make excuses.
Accomplishment is about sacrafice. Your body is an electrochemical machine and fuel is not the only thing to consider. It wouldn't matter to put racing fuel in a pinto or beat up car. You have to build a race engine and not excuses for why you can't.

the only way then is to diet. but unless you go anorexic, the weight will come off pretty slowly. i tried to see if i could be anorexic and i lasted probably 3 days. the weight came off, but by the end, i wanted to eat my lamp. it's not a good feeling.

Dieting... and you'll never be thin if you don't exercise just plain and simple. If you want to do something that doesn't seem like exercise, swimming is great and really burns calories and my ex always told me it helped with her cellulite.

you can do coke, get sick, smoke cigarettes, drink coffee, lippo, get your gut stapled, or just eat less and exercise 20 mins a day.
