I saw that a poster put she did not believe in Hell. Does that mean it doesn't exist? If I jump in front of a dumptruck thinking I dont believe in dumptrucks will that matter? If it comes back to you 3 times who deals out the revenge?

1. No, never.
2. Yes...I think every person has.
3. No....I'm not married yet, but I sincerely doubt I would ever do that.
4. By which laws? By my above answers? I'd be guilty of lying then.
5. I don't believe in Hell.
6. Being that I don't belief in it I also don't think the spirit had to do anything to keep me from it.
7. Again with the not believing in Hell thing.
8. I am not wicked... and I have no need for repentance. In my religion we get punished for the bad things we do while on earth. Its believed that what you do comes back to you threefold. This keeps everyone very well-behaved as you could imagine. You have no idea how many times I've been called a "good Christian". I'm pagan by the way.

Edit: I am the one being called a poster I assume? What exactly is a poster anyway? :-P

To answer your question: To me a spiritual belief is a little different than belief in an object. I can see, hear, feel etc the dumptruck. We have no proof that Hell, or any afterlife is real until we die. I just don't belief the spirit would send us someplace to be punished forever. As to who/what "deals out the punishment" as you put it, that is a complicated question to answer. Many view our actions and future actions and other's actions as a web....attached in places, touching in places, and forever being affected by its different parts. We do something and in a sense set off a vibration that moves down the line to affect our future...because the string(action) is attached to our future what we do affects our future.

I have never done any of those sins. Does that mean that I am a god too?
