Honestly, girls "who are looking for bf's," do not approach guys. I am older, 45, so I am of the more conservative era where guys approach girls. Personally, I think the camera is at a bad angle. But, you have a friendly sparkle in your eye, so I might have a chat with you.

you should wait till the time the guy will approach you why if you do so he will use you and dumped you?so the best thing wait till he will make a move on you dont start something if you know at the end you will regret so patience pays.
