its simply because YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE who gave him a number... so he has to plan and schedule things up so he wont turn out to be a jerk... if your a guy, you also have to narrow down your prospects, or preference, like, calling first the women who are mostly your priority... stuffs like that
so if ur a girl and u dont wanna wait long, make sure you leave a very lasting impression on him so he could put you on top of his list...

Men can be the most hesitant & Greedy creatures God ever created !!
every received data has to be processed under logic, better options and holding the call tell there is no better girl !! (I'm not that man btw)..!
Women on the other hand are dertmianed, follow thier hearth , take the chance and accept the resk for they know very well how to get out of it if something happened (unlike my tripe who usually scrow it up !
An attractive girl like you doesn't need a hesitant man.. because he must be stupid or blind to do that !

We wait for a number of reasons -
1) to sober up first and try to remember what you look like
2) in our drunken stupor, we misplaced the number and have turned the apartment upside down looking for it only to find it a few days later
3) some men get more than one number in a night and it takes some time to get around to calling everyone
4) we wait for a day or two so we don't seem so desperate!!!
So... why don't you just call us instead??

Because if they do call you, they will look like a pussy to their friends. Everything is always related to a social aspect. Believe me, i stoped believing in social aspects a long time ago. I met my girl when i was 19 and i am now one happy mofo.

its like they usually think of what to do next or what to say .its better to think before you act. they dont rush their stories so its better like than.so dont be cheap be expensive gal wait for that call for 2-3 days its okay with me because i count myself expensive.
