Next week my family and I are going to the beach. We are renting a beach house and I have no clue what to fix for dinner that won't keep me in the house cooking instead of enjoying the beach.

Anything on a grill so you can enjoy the outside weather. you can even grill your fresh veggies and potatoes on grill.

A good sloppy joe is quick and easy, and lots of grilling, make it part of the family plans each person has to think up a meal and help prepare it.

Take along / or buy a crock pot then all you have to do is throw in the ingredients to any of your family favorite meals, first thing in the morning. It'll be doing the work while you get to play all day. At suppertime, just dish it up.

doesnt sound like a vacation, at least not for you, poor thing! why should you be expected to be chained to the kitchen on vacation! have hubby grill, or insist on dining out, at least part of the time anyway. thats fair.

7. stouffers lasagna, salad, and garlic bread
8. ham or turkey sandwiches with chips
