Try the Land of the Letter People (MCGraw-Hill) or Hooked on Phonics. Both use repitition and sight words to foster reading stength - you can also do assessments.
I have used both progrms for a 4 year old public preschool program.

It's possible to invest plenty of time and money searching for ways to show your young ones how to read and boost their reading skills. Is difficult to show a small child how to learn, and also attractive them to learn is a challenge in itself. However it doesn't need to be this way because you got the help of this system https://tr.im/Tg5xQ , Children Learning Reading program.
With Children Learning Reading you will train your son or daughter how to separate looks and break phrases in to phonemes, an essential issue when your child is merely understanding how to spell.
The examining process from Children Learning Reading program makes it simple for kids to learn rapidly and effectively, from easy words to sentences until they understand to see stories.

Here is an online resource...I heard about it during my 'assessment of young children' course...it has a free online screening tool, plus activities to help foster reading readiness and tons of articles.

The best think you can do is read aloud aloud on a daily basis or as much as you can. Check out Usborne books Phonics/early readers books. They are fun to read and introduce kids to the phonetic sounds of our language (without them even knowing it).

I like programs that are free. Starfall.com is a free program on line. They also have a lot of resources for parents and teachers.
