It's little and he's afraid you'll laugh at him. He must like you alot or you have some mutual friends.

Hes probably reluctant to show you because he may have a small p**is and he thinks you will make fun of his masculinity.
It also may be possible its not an issue about size, genital warts or something of a similar variety could be the issue here.

he maybe real shy or has hang ups about the size of his manhood!! maybe he has had a bad experience with another girl and out of respect doesn't want to disappoint you. .
