Yes, I do. But not as often as I'd like to.

My job -- thankfully, in a way -- involves mostly standing and walking (and a fair amount of lifting). So I'm probably better off than if I had a desk job or something.

Besides the job, I walk pretty regularly. I also use a rowing machine (not often enough), lift weights (not often enough) and sometimes just dance around to my music.

I wish using the computer keyboard was a more aerobic activity!

No, I don't exercise regularly and I should. What I'm doing, or not doing, is wrong. I'm paying the price for it with some excess weight on my belly, pecs, and neck. i just don't have the energy to exercise when I get home from a hard days work. Should do it on days off.

yes i do exercise regularly. it keeps my body fit and fresh mind. but i don't believe in heavy exercises.

ehh i try to walk the dog about 4 times a week...only 2miles each time. so that's sorta regular me thinks.
