Hi there!
Im looking for a photo of a metric "Kilo" of FAT. YUCK huh! ;-) As many pics as possible would be great, i know that the diet pill company XENICAL used to make models of a kilo of fat for chemists to put in their shops etc they where great motivation to excercise, also does any one sell 1 kg of fat replicas at all? (in australia??)

Well to put it simply......get a frying chicken with all skin attached cut the chicken up and look under the skin.....there is alot of fat under that looks like human fat. Its yellow and hard.....imagine that but 100xs worse. I also had the worse case senario happen when I was younger and watchin the neighbors kid. She was rollerblading and fell and cut her leg nearly in half.....and saw all her underlying fat to her muscle...it was gross....so now when i see chicken fat....I get flash backs.....I hope that can be a visual to you.

Just go to the supermarket and ask the butcher for 2.2 pounds of suet ( beef fat ) , or lard - which is the same thing except that it has rendered (cooked) down. You can keep it in your refridgerator to discourage you from snacking etc. Then when you are finished looking at it, you can mix in some birdseed and give it to our feathered friends - they love it ! especially the wood peckers.
