why dr.zakir naik supposedly refused debating with ali sina?

ali sina on his website says dr.zakir naik refused to debate with him.why? dr. zakir has sucessfully debated with many critics of islam then why not ali sina who maligns islam and abuses our beloved prophet muhammed( s.a.w)

I'll try to sum up the matter:

1. Ali Sina is not a well-versed person, not a prominent lecturer, not a scientist, nor even a well-known personality. He is an internet debater which is not worth of real debate infront of people.
2. Ali Sina's claims have been refuted so many times before.
3. Ali Sina announced some type award but he never gave even though his claims were refuted.
4. Ali Sina says that Zakir's supporters continuously requested him to debate against Zakir & he unsuccessfully tried to contact Zakir for 3 years. He listens to such request, but he doesn't pay attention to stopping degrading Islam. Wow!
5. Ali Sina is NOT someone who could attract atleast 10,000 people gathering in the debate show, as because lot of people do not know him.
6. Ali Sina can't deliver public speech, because he never did such thing in his life.
7. Dr. Zakir Naik prefers a public debate rather than a debate on email which can continue for months and years together for which Dr. Zakir Naik has no time.
8. Ali Sina is not important enough for Zakir Naik. (But Zakir Naik is important for Ali)

1: Ali Sina doesn't want to have an open public debate.
2: ALL of his accusations have been answered many many times, yet he hasn't paid them his promissed $50K NOR he has removed his site as he promissed.

It's a cult of people who are benefiting no one, not Muslims, not Christians. All they want is grow hate against each other so they can have thier 10 minutes of fame. Kinda like Ann Coulter.

I am not a scholar in Islamic studies and yet I can answer each and everyone one of his question.

PLZ PROVE ONLY ONE ERROR FROM QURAN ,HE NEVER REPLAYED IT,THEN HOW CAN HE MEET THE DR.ZAKIR NAIK?
