The main difference is of course the price :)

At the airports , there is usually a separate check-in desk for the B/class ticket holders.Usually there is a bussiness lounge (it depends on the airport) where you can go have a drink ,relax , read your newspaper , have a snack (sometimes even take a shower) Depending on the aircraft you are boarding seperately from the rest passengers . There is a courtin seperating B/Class form Y/Class (which is only open during take off and landing ) .The air-hostess takes your coat to put in a closet, they offer you a wellcome drink (you can re order as many times as you want) ,the seats are more comfortable and you have deffenetely more space (sometimes there is enough space to have your legs outstretched ). You are choosing your meals from the menu (2 or 3 just cooked choises of each) . Plates , glasse , forks , knives etc are not plastic.
The movie choise is yours ( if there is private screen for each seat) The provide you with a vanity case where you can find inside : socks , toothbrush, toothpaste,an eye mask for your sleep , earplugs and many more)
Of course the airhostess are extemely polite and all the time willing to serve you.
These are some of the difference that I know .
Of course nothing is a rule.Everything depents on the airport , the routing , the aircraft and generaly on the airline .
(there are even airlines that the only "special" service they provide -for domestic sectors mainly - is just the seats in the first row - the fare is still higher than the economy class )

Parexnth is right (best answer should go to them) one thing I want to clarify is that in US (if you'll be traveling there, or within the US) The terms are First class and Coach. First class is as good as it gets on US doemstic flights, coach is as good as most people can afford. 1st doesn't have all the wonderfulness of Business class, where you are treated like a Queen and the seats recline almost to a bed and are more comfortable than many hotels I'ved stayed in! And the goody bag (slippers, night mask, shaving kit, toothbrush etc is just a fun gift)

The classes differ from airlines to airlines, though they are broadly three classes, first class( the fares are very steep n expensive but comes with good luxury), business/executive class(the fares are still steep but a bit low than 1st class), economy class(the lowest fares but the seats will be similar to that of the town bus)...hope this was useful
