I started taken phentermine in mid january of 06. When I started I weighed 2251/2 by mid april i was down to 202. Around the same time it seemed the effects of the phentermine started to wear off. It would work great in the beginning as a suppresent but later was great for just pure energy. I love that feeling but by 6 or 7 in the evening I wanted to eat and because of eating less quite less during the day I would eat excessively at dinner. I got off it for a month during the month of May and gained a lbs back since then. Has anyone experinced the same? I have always fluctuated wiht my weight and happy I am the weight I am now (i can never ever no matter what i do get under 198), but need to find someting that will help me get past this platau. Any suggestions? Anyone taken this appetite suppresent and experienced the same? I would like to know what others have experienced wiht this drug good or bad and weight loss one has experienced.

Can work in short term but destroys metabolism. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. I took this drug as a weight loss aide while I was in college. It might work better if you took it after breakfast. You would get a better night's sleep and would not eat as much in the evening.

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
