Sorry I don't not have what you wish but read anyway.

I think it is because we always want to have in mind the worst possible thing that can happen, just like we have the best possible thing that can happen. Its just we are so hooked on "what if its the bad that happens?"

We think about it all day every day, until you get relief or it happens. It can cause stress and such too. Because some people can not preform regular tasks.

so u can b ready for the worst case scenario.why do u ask.if u don't trust what ever it is that makes u think the worst then get rid of it.what ever it is there is a reason u r thinking that and most likely it is true.u just need verification on it.do u really?i been there and done that.no u don't.if u leave IT alone now u wont feel the hate later when u find out.if not the problem well good 4 u for asking.enjoy life and if it makes u think of the worst there is always a reason 4 it.do you enjoy your life or do u want to investigate the worst scenarios?smile.be happy.sing in the rain.it will go away sometime.

i think that the reason we have these thoughts of things that are bad that can happen to us so that we can use these thoughts to defend ourselves against these bad things , thats not a scientific reason for it unfortunately but that is what seems to come across as the most logic thing i can think of.

We think of our infirmities,shortcomings,failures,and misplaced emotions. These thoughts come back to us as questions and fears.
We are our worst enemies.But we can win.
