yep, in many ways. the fastest is with hypnotism. or if you believe with magic, u can also do it with magic. i saw that kind of book in the bookstore.. never try it though. and the most normal way and the most way that people do is by relationship. build your relationship with that 'others'. make that people so close and so believe in you, and it will be easy to seduce him/her. controling him/her as you want, since that people believe in you. mostly friends control each other, rite? :D
