Yes. In Islamic teaching, Jesus is one of the best human beings. Why? Because he is the messenger of God. But there are others such as Noah, Jonah, Abraham, Moses and Muhammad (to name a few). They are also messengers of God. God only chooses the best among human beings to become His messengers.

Jesus is the best in what point of view? You can be cristian and say Jesus is the best. But why do not think of God as the Best.
He who knows us, creats us, loves us and wants us the best.
