The basic teachings of the Bible:
* Love God;
* Love other people;
* Treat others the way you want to be treated;
All of the commandments, in both the Torah, and New Testament are nothing more than fences, outlining how a person should be treated, if one Loves them.
Who was Jesus Christ?
* From Christian POV, he was the Messaih.
* From a Jewish POV, he _might_ have been the Messiah. [It was only in the fourth century that the majority of Rabbi's decided he was not the Messian, and they came to that conclusion, because the physical Kingdom of Isreal had not been restored. (And in an interesting twist, Contemporary Orthodox Judaism teaches that they believe that there is a Messiah, and that they know that the Messiah will not come in the future.]
* From the Hindu POV, he was a Guru, who spread the teachings, and practices of Hinduism to the Romn Empire;
* From a Muslim POV, he was a prophet, whose writings were corrupted by both the Jews, and Roman Empire;
* From the POV of Chinese Folk Religion, ( Daoism / Confuciasn) he had no impact.
The impact his mother made on Chinese, and Indian religion was considerable. She became the most worshiped Goddess in history, having adherents in four of the world's major religions. [Christianity, Chinese folk religion, Buddhism, Hinduism) (OK, Christianity venerates her, not worships her. Technical difference there.) Kwan Yin in the East., Mary, the Mother of Jesus in the West.

Basically the Bible reflects the story of mankind, it's purpose, it's trials, and where it's supposed to go. Mankind's destiny and promise are intertwined with working with the Laws of the Universe - the Laws of Heaven -- which if followed would create heaven on earth.
Yeshua Messiah was the fullfillment of God's perfection in one human - the Completeness of God in man - who taught love, peace and respect, and ultimately gave His life to show us that there is more going on in the world than what's in front of your eyes - you are really a spirit with a soul journeying inside a body, and that spirit will live on if you follow Jesus' teachings, as we are in the middle of a spiritual revolution/war that is going on in heaven, is very much about us, and will be concluding here soon.
We are dual natured creatures - spiritual and physical.
The Old and New Testaments are a Guide to Life - doctorate university level - multi-layered deep.

at the starting up, the Bible isn't a e book. that is a spread of Books, as an celebration, e book of Genesis, e book of Exodus, e book of Leviticus..etc. second, Jesus has no prophet. Jesus didn't want a prophet because he's not purely THE GOD, yet he's likewise a prophet, a instructor, a healer, a chum, a son, a one hundred% human being and one hundred% God. in case you fairly do not understand what i'm speaking about, then you extra perfect study the Bible. the answer is there. God bless!

The Bible is like reading a book with many stories, ideas, quotes, analogies, facts and science fiction, interpreted at that time.
Jesus was a man dedicated to teaching certain important issues to the general public, at that time.
Just an opinion.

Nearly everyone today has heard of Jesus Christ. His influence on history has been greaterthan that of any other human.Indeed,the very calendar used in most parts of the world isbased on the year he is thought to have been born!As the World Book Encyclopedia says: "Dates after that year are listed as A.D.,or anno Domini(in the year of the Lord)."
So Jesus was not an imaginary person. He really lived as a man on earth. "In ancient times even the opponents of Christianity never doubted the {actualexistance} of Jesus."notes the Encyclopedia Britannica. So just who was Jesus?Was he really sent by God? Why is he so well known?
Unlikeany other human he was born of a virgin. Her name was Mary. An angel said of her child: "This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High." (Luke1:28-33 Mathew1:20-25) But how could a woman who had never had sexual relations with a man have a child? It was by means of God's holy spirit. Jehovah transferred the life of his mighty spirit Son from heaven to the womb of the virgin Mary. It was a miracle!Surely the One who made the first woman with the wonderful ability to produce children could cause a woman to have a child without a human father. The Bible explains:"When the full limit of the time arrived God sent forth his Son, who came out of a woman."(Galatians4:4).So before being born on earth as a man Jesus had been in heaven as a mighty spirit person. He had a spirit body invisible to man, just as God has.(John4:24)
Jesus himself spoke of the high position he had heald in heaven. Once he prayed:"Father, glorify me along side yourself with the glory I had alongside you before the world was."(John17:5) He also said to his listeners: "You are from the realms below: I am from the realms above." "What , therefore, ifyou should behold the Son of man ascending to where he was before?""Before Abraham came into existance, I have been."(John8:23; 6:62; 8:58; 3::13; 6:51.
Before coming to earth Jesus was called the word of God. This title shows that he served in heaven as theone who spoke for God. He is also called God's firstborn, as well as his only begotten Son". (John1:14; 3:16; Hebrews 1:6) This means he was created before all other spirit sons of God, and that he is the only one who was directly created by God. The Bible explains that this "firstborn" Son shared with Jehovah in creating all other things.(Colossians1::15,16) Thus when God said ,"Let us make man in our image," he was talking to this Son. Yes the very one who later came to earthand was born from a woman had shared in the creation of all things!He had already lived in heaven with his Father for an unknown number of years!(Genesis1:26;Proverbs8:22,30; John1:3).Just a litle about him as there is so much!

There are many prophecies of the 1st coming of Jesus in the old testament. God's law was to offer unblemished lamb as sin offerings on the altar. Pure blood was required. God had to send His own Son (pure-withour sin) as a ransom for our souls.
one day i will die and will be in God's judgement court. God will be seated on the judges place.i will be in a prisoners box. a lawyer named satan will tell the Judge of all bag things i had done and will compell the Judge by saying that "by your own law this prisoner should be handed over to be whipped,beaten to death." God who is the just judge has to pass judgement for my soul to be destroyed in hell. At that very moment another lawyer will appeal his name is Jesus! Jesus will say "this person knew Me, worshiped Me, believed in Me and had repented for his sin while on earth. he is Mine. I was killed and crucifed without any fault on mine (unblemished lamb was required to be sacrified as sin offering) I have conqured death by rising again. I give my life in exchange to this persons life so the law is met." now i will be saved of all my punishment and hell because Jesus paid for me in full. I will then enter Heaven. There is no other than Jesus the saviour. Jesus came to fulfill the law. He had to be without sin (unblemished lamb)
