Having been immunised twice in the space of a month due to amazingly stupid medical registration rules, it never did me any harm.
There is no point to it however.
The measles vaccine does not provide 100% immunity i.e. not everyone who gets it will be immune to the virus. The success rate is in the high 90's and we rely on herd immunity to stop the virus spreading. Thus when parents don't immunise their children due to irrational fears over the mmr vaccine then they increase the risk to others including those unlucky few who never developed immunity from the vaccine.

YES! There may be harm. Vaccinations place a substantial strain on the child's immune system. Some researchers have suggested that vaccinations 'too close together' can create problems for the undeveloped immune system of a child. I wouldn't do it.
Best wishes.

well, no technically, but there'd be no real point ot it. because the kid is already IMMUNE to it. so if you re-immune the child then thier body would just instantly attack the measles vaccine. so why would you want to do that? that is, if it was the same type. but why would you want to do that?
