Orgasms originate almost entirely in the brain, not the flesh. So depending on what the girl feels about sex in general, what she feels about her lover, what she thinks about her environment.
Security is high among her concerns in life so a strong man, a good home, etc., will help in the bedroom.
Girls are often abused as children so that many come with baggage to the bedroom. If she embraces her desires she can easily reach multiples, but if she feels bad about her sexuality, she literally has to overcome her natural state of mind to achieve orgasms. Many other factors can't be addressed in one sitting.

I hear this one on "Love Line" all the time.

According to Dr. Drew the reasons are either physical or emotional or sometimes both.

Some women can not have orgasms no matter what usually this is a physical cause. Most women can only have orgasm through either clitoral or vaginal stimulation...one or the other but not both.

It is mostly a function of physiology...how many nerve endings you have down there and what stimulation they respond to. If you can have one orgasm you can have multiples through varying the stimulation that works for you.

On top of all that there is of course an emotional component which can override any positive physical stimulation. In other words if your head isn't in the right space it ain't gonna happen no matter how right the stimulation is.

It's down to experience and knowing your own body. Knowing the right positions for both you and your partner to stimulate the right bits. Nothing to do with religion. I don't call out oh god when the great moment arises.

Sin? Sex is not a sin when it is between consenting adults...actually, it isn't a sin when there is consent between teenagers either, but it is a really poor life choice.

Sex is not a sin!
