You can burn music at the same level as what?
If you mean the bit rate the beta version of windows media player does it.

If you mean at the same audio levels then I highly recommend Nero. With one checkbox it will adjust all the audio levels to the same. Can also get rid of hiss and clicks among other neat stuff.
