Don't be hysterical. Aviary flu (birds flu) virus does not live beyond 60 degrees celcius, therefore cooking, frying and roasting chicken can kill the virus immediately (if there is a virus in the first place). Just be sure to wear gloves when handling raw chicken and also wash eggs in hot water before handling them. These are all precautionary measures and if there isn't an outbreak of the flu where you live then you don't have to take them at all. Enjoy your chicken now !!!

You're safe to eat chicken. Your chances of winning the lottery and being killed in a car accident in the month after winning are better then getting the avian flu.

Cook your chicken well and you don't have to worry about anything. I have chicken almost 3 times a week.

Are you really that worried? No one is going to get bird flu from eating chicken. Relax and enjoy.

You will not get Chicken's Flu from eating chicken. You generally get it when you stay too close with infected LIVE chickens. :)
