Ooooh! I have the best natural sleep remedies! :)
First, there's hot tea. Do you like hot tea? There are many varieties out there. Just make sure you get something with chammomile in it because chammomile is calming. There's also a hot tea called "Sleepy Time Tea". It has chammomile among other natural ingredients to help you fall asleep.
Also, it might sound a little gross at first, but warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar in it really helps me and a few other people I know. If you think about it, warm milk is what helps babies fall asleep too, so... it works!
Something else I do if I feel like I can't sleep and I'm already in bed is use my imagination. I imagine myself in the most relaxing atmosphere I can think of. For me, it's floating on my back in the ocean looking up at the sky. Or laying at the beach feeling the sun and hearing the waves break.
My boyfriend counts, says the ABC's backwards and/or names all of the states in America.
Hopefully one of these will work for you! Good luck and sweet dreams!

The only thing that works for me is sleeping pills like Ambien. You could try to relax before bedtime by reading a book to clear your head. Don't watch tv before bed because your mind will be full of images. Create a bedtime routine that you do every night before bed. Sometimes drinking warm milk can help, or decaf tea like Sleepytime.
