It is true... and a documentary has recently been filmed in Himalays.

The name of the film is "Christ in India" and it may be screened by the end of this year

I did not read recently about a 'tomb in Kashmir', but I am familiar with records of time spent by a 'Saint Issa' that spent time in India preaching 'one God and his prophet'. The problem with this is that there were many false prophets running around, just as there are today.

Jesus states he must visit 'other flocks' as well, and may have traveled very far during the unrecorded time in that region, some have speculated to North America and beyond... Neat, eh?

There are some problems with that concept: a) There are a minimum of two distinct caves in Kashmir that allegedly are the position his tomb is; b) those legends only make an visual attraction in the time of, or earlier than the early era of British rule; [both for a visit between 12 & 30, and for a visit after the ressurection.] in words of shuttle, the west coast of India became 40 2 days of boating from Egypt (If one stuck the commerce winds on the right time). There also became an overland route from Damascus, that took six to 9 months. those commerce routes were properly wide-unfold, if truly not basic going. This wsn't the kind of holiday one took on the spur of the prompt. For a dealer, some months went into accumulating provisions. For a pilgrim, vacationer, or all of us yet an invading military, years may be reuqired, to make certain one had adequate commerce products, or money to pay the approprite taxes, and tolls. [Invading armies are exempt for those, considering they in many circumstances grew to change into the rulers, and without delay exempted themsevles from such taxes.] even as the tax became low, depending upon how mny communites one undergone, it ought to come to very significant quantity. For investors, it may well be rewarding, on condition that what they carried became compact, and exceptionally valued. [IOW, jewels, gold, fantastic silk textile.] products that is bought contained in the subsequent wealthy village, to recoup the price of the taxes. even as his time putting on the flow became short, therefore recuperating the possibilities of him no longer demise, the guards who qualified his demise may were crucified, had the sufferer survived. IOW, it became contained in the interest of the preserve, to be sure that the sufferer became lifeless.
