I think its normal to feel that way cause you are scared. But that's why you're attached so that guy can make you feel better and make you feel like he's the last guy you are ever going to be with. Its the fear all of us get not knowing if he's the one or not. We don't want to waste our time on someone not worth wasting on. Don't worry everything will be great!

when it is summer do you ever wish it was winter? When it's really cold outside do you ever wish the weather was warm? When it's bedtime don't you just feel like staying up all night sometimes? In the morning I bet there are days when you wish it was still night and you could keep sleeping. When you're on the road don't you ever wish you could just be back at home where you belong? And when you're sitting at home don't your feet get itchy and make you want to travel? When you were a little kid did you ever just wish that you were a grown up? Now that you're older do you ever wish you could go back to being a kid? Of course all these things are perfectly normal. Our minds often take us to places that are not the same as where we actually are. When you're free and single do you ever get lonely and wish you had somebody?
Being able to make a wise decision about who you are and what you want, and then being able to follow through with it is a mark of maturity. But if you don't have that wisdom and maturity don't try to pretend that you do. There are lessons you need to learn that you can't skip (there are also lots of lessons that are not worth your time and you can skip out on). Just try the best that you can to do the right thing for yourself and the people around you and you'll probably be ok.

It's normal, at least for me. In fact, I just ended a relationship based somewhat on the grounds that I wasn't ready to be "attached" yet. Most of the time, this feeling can be overcome with time, as you grow and learn to love one another.

Definitely,
My partner is a bit smothering at times, and can't seem to understand that I like my own company or to go out alone and just do what I want to do. It's not that I want to be single or be with anyone else, I just want more ME time. Before meeting my partner I was VERY independant and not the kind of person who needs someone to do things for me. So when he try's to help all the time, I find it uneccessary and smothering. Sometimes I wish I still lived alone.

I don't know if it's supposed to be normal, wish I did. I'm having the same problem right now. Basically, I feel like I love her too much to let her go, but at the same time, feel like I want to date other people. Don't know what to tell ya.

Yes I think that it is kind of normal. You feel like you got every thing that you want and then when you fight you want to be alone but you just got to remember why you love that person so much.
