Bread, pasta and all that refined wheat (donuts, cakes, cookies. bagels, pretzels etc.) are very fattening and main reason Americans are so fat (other question you asked). White rice is fattening but not brown rice.

There is no quick fix for being overweight. Your life-style is the problem; you didn't get fat in 2 weeks and you won't get slim that quickly either. Eat good food (meat, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, etc), workout (weight training is best) and be consistent about it. I know this works because I do it. I am almost 60, 6 ft tall, weigh 215 and bench press 200 pounds. I do not have a "spare tire" (except on my car). Start now because time is wasting and you are only getting farther from your goal.

I would say that if you don't eat for 1 day, you would lose 3 kg.

Yeah bulimia. It's not recommended, that weight loss and inch loss is water weight, so not good for you. Just do sit ups, fat will become muscle and you'll get some great abs.

try not to eat fried n foods rich in carbohydrates- sugar, potatoes, man gos, Chico's, bananas etc

definately.
just dont snack, eat like max 2 meals a day, worked 4 me.
and if u really want to looze weight, think about how they say u die without food in two weeks, so ... yeah, lol.... ::not recomending anything:: lol
