Yes loads of people have feet fetish or a foot fetish.I have also come across girls who even like their feet being licked and toes being sucked ...i guess its all a part of the foreplay..and why ignore feet after all its a part of a body and i don't think women will actually mind it if this fetish is followed with theright attitude & with a pinch of fun(if u know what I mean)..well if you have great feet must find someone who appreciates your feet and fulfill your fantasies & fetishes.
