My fiance is Japanese and I would really like to incorporate something of the sort for our wedding but neither of us are really sure what to do. He was born in Japan but raised in the States and his mother had an American wedding and has never seen a traditional shinto wedding.

Any Ideas?

In a traditional Shinto wedding, Tomaka amusha's are invited to solemnise,
there shall be a total of 39 wows taken traditionally its done in a buddhist way in a buddhist temple in the presence of tomaka amushas.
The sacred scroll of wows is to be signed. then the Kaybhishus (fans with dragons) are to be exchanged in front of yamagushi (fire Godess)
later the bride and the groom shall perform he harakiri, (you find out)
