i seriously REALLY stricted. She would slap her if she wore anything "unacceptable" (skirts above the knees, booty tight pants, 2piece bathing suit, stc.). We really like each other but I dont want to get her to get black and blue just because we go out. What to do what to do?

Make sure that YOU dress conservatively too, so mom sees that you are not a "bad influence" on the girl.
Go to the girl's house and ask her somewhere very non-threatening, like a walk to the park or ride bikes to the ice cream parlor. So that she won't be feeling uncomfortable with the 'mother issue', YOU bring it up. "Let's go ask your mom." Then YOU take on the burden of getting permission: "Mrs. Smith, if it's alright with you, I'd like to walk Ellen down to the park and back. We'll be gone less than an hour. May I?"
If you want to go even slower, start by taking your girl AND a younger sibling for walks, ice cream. That way mom has a spy -- errr uhhh chaperon -- to make sure everyone behaves.
Continue with the "50 minute dates" for 6-8 weeks to get mom "broken in" to the idea that her daughter has an admirer. Take it slow with this mom, and "butter her up" by showing her how respectful and dependable you are. Your goal is to convince mom that this admirer (you) is a "nice young man" and not a threat to her ideas of what her daughter should be.
The next step is try to bump up to something like bowling with other friends, a school event, or some other GROUP activity that is ADULT SUPERVISED. It will take patience, but there's nothing like facing the fierce dragon to win the heart of a beautiful princess. Good luck.

Ok, the black and blue stuff has got to go!
If she is strict, thats ok. If she is abusive, thats not ok! If you see black and blue marks on your girlfriend, then I would contact the local law enforcement agencies, or child protective services...
You would be doing your girlfriend a favor, whether she knows it or not! (Oh, she will probably hate you for this, because she is "used" to the abuse and will be in great fear that it will intensify if found out...I know, I wish some one would have called the cops on my Dad at times!)...
If the Mother is only strict, then the only way to get in good with her, is to make friends with the Mother! Hang around and be a "good boy", and even offer to help her or even the girls father! (You may even learn a lot that way!).

Soooo...tell her it's alright to wear something her Mom considers acceptable and that you still think she looks great.
Mom is a real piece of work. Sounds like her head is full of all sorts of conservative fundamentalist crap. She has no right or excuse for hitting her daughter. If you're in the U.S...she could be jailed for that.

Listen to her mom. Go to her mom and find out what you need to do to win HER APPROVAL. Then you can be assured you will get the girl. If Mom is against it, you might sneak around a while, but it will blow up in the end.

How long is your female friend? If she is of legal age, then try going to her house and ask her parents for permission to go out with her. This will show that you are sincerely inviting her daughter out.

Meet the parents so that can see what type of a guy you are...
Be respectful and understand that they are concerned about her welfare, it's their job to. ask them if you all can go out after you have given them all of the assurance that they need and then don't let them down.

if u really like her then u could try just dont let her mom know..or if her mom does kno..then act conservative...ive gotten into many skirts ..while the parents were home cuz they trusted me...its all about the approach
