I can provide you with a diet based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem that you can buy from a grocery store. Your parents would have to be willing to support you by buying the foods. If you think they will, feel free to contact me for the diet. I have shared it with many people here.

First, at 13 it is too soon to start labelling you as obese, if EVER! People come in all sizes and tolerance and acceptance of each other is an important lesson that apparently your family is too immature to pass on to you. That doesn't mean you have to suffer for their ignorance.
Second, at 13 you have a good 5-8 years of growth yet to go depending on whether you are male or female (males keep growing longer than females do). Don't put so much pressure on yourself. Try to eat at LEAST 2 veggies, 2 fruits, 3 dairy (like yogurt or milk), 3-4 carbs (like a slice of bread or 1/2 bagel or 1 cup of cold cereal), and 1 protein source like (chicken breast or hamburger or pork chop, etc.) every day. A peanut butter sandwich is actually very healthy in comparison to many other things and would be a good source of protein as well and easy to pack for lunch at school. Add a sliced banana and you have your fruit! The protein amount should be only 1/4-1/3 of your plate.
Only fill your plate once. Drink lots of water (it helps you flush fat away while you lose weight). If you don't like veggies, try V8 or regular tomato juice or a tomato/fruit juice blend. Yogurt with fruit can count as a dairy and a fruit. (Spaghetti sauce can count as a veggie too!)
By all means, go to your doctor and ask to meet with a dietician. They are the experts and can help you set up a plan around the things you like but try to be open-minded and try something new once in awhile. You may be surprised.
It is difficult to tell you how to stay motivated except to say that think about how angry you are when you are teased about your weight. Don't let them win by getting depressed. Make up your mind that you can do it and you deserve to be treated nicely no matter what size you are, then get it out of your system by going for a walk or a swim or a bike ride etc.
As to the sweating, well.... Mitchum is a very good, very strong antiperspirant. If you use an antibacterial bar soap on your armpits and wherever else you sweat, such as Irish Spring or Dial or Safeguard, along with an antiperspirant, you shouldn't have much trouble. Baby powder helps to absorb moisture too. Ask your doctor about this too. Some people do sweat more than others and there may be a medical remedy to that as well.
Finally, about those stretch marks? You are never to young to start moisturizing your skin, so get the lotion out and have at it. Drinking lots of water helps too. Those stretch marks will fade in time as you lose.
Good luck, Honey!

Can you find a buddy to work out with? The buddy system seems to work well..not to mention when your not motivated they get you going! Eating sensible is good but if your not burning calories and toning muscle then all the salads in the world wont do anything to you but make you sick of lettuce. Try walking for 20-30Min's at a safe pace, just enough to break a sweet. Do this 3 times a week, then add some low impact water exercises. Pools are perfect for toning muscle using water resistance. As far as the perspiration problem, well keep some wet wipes with you and clean the area regularly...cut back on the salt intake.

Don't eat anything after dinner... (6pm at the latest). Try to be a little hungry by the time you lay down to goto sleep. Also, go on a walk every night between your last meal and sleeping. do this for 2 weeks, while watching what your eating during the day, and I promise you will have a new outlook on it. The hardest thing is to actually DO the excersizing though. Alot of people think dieting or diet pills alone will help and thats why America is getting fatter. Just walk 1 mile a night, it will take 15 minutes and you will feel so good after consecutive days of doing it.

There's a lot of good info there already. Just wanted to add something. I'm one of those parents who was self-employed and am no stranger to looking for quick dinner fixes when my son was younger.
I'd like to recommend that you talk to one or both of your parents. Do it when nobody else is around and the TV is off. Say to them calmly that you need to have a serious talk about something and that you want their help. Make sure you have their undivided attention. You have to be serious and calm when you bring it up. That way, they'll get the idea that they have to listen.
Then tell them that you're serious about wanting to lose weight healthily and that because you have no income, you need their support. Give them a solution !! Most parents quite frankly are too lazy to think of solutions and it's always better to tell them exactly what you want to do and how.
For example, if you want to try the nutrisystem thing, tell them. If you want to see a dietician to put together an individual plan for you, tell them to take you to the appointment and buy the food and set aside an area in the fridge for you for your food. Go shopping with them and take your own list. It'll be a good experience for you too to learn about food. The dietician sounds like a better choice because you don't like certain foods.
If they do not cooperate, which I doubt, then you have to work with portion control and choose the best food you can from what's available and up the exercise/physical activity and as said above, don't eat late and swap from soda to water.

For your age, losing weight through diet and exercise is the best way. Surgery should not be even an option you're considering. Ask a parent/guardian to take you to your doctor to discuss an exercise regimine and your sweating problem. You need to change the way you view healthy foods - such as vegetables. You many not like them, but they do great things for you.

It is all up to you. There is no miracle pill to lose the weight. What you need to do is get motivated and oly you can do that. Set small goals week by week. Example : I will exercise three times this week.
and
I will eat only these certain kinds of healty foods this week.
You are too young to not be active. Find something that is a physical activity that you like to do. Surround yourself with eople who are motivated as well as supportive of you.

you need your families help with this, but if you can't rely on them don't despair, call over eaters anonymous talk to someone and get support, this will not be easy to change...BUT YOU CAN DO IT!, as for what you can do now eat 150 calories every 2 hours you are awake no more, and don't miss any feedings. drink lots of water, take fiber and vitamins, exercise sensibly, try to sleep as well as you can. don't get discouraged...good luck
