My eldest child has been denied entry in the UK because of the error i made on the form i filled in at the British High Commission about her year of birth. I have however provided an original passport, Original birth certificate an Original national registration card and original baptism certificate but the officer could not budge. My three youger children have been given visas. Both my wife and i have indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
What should i do because my eldest daughter is still abroad and disjointed from the family.
The immigation officer quoted paragraph 297 of the immigration,Nationality and asylum act 2002,particularly the part on age.
I feel i satisfied all the requirements of the paragraph because it was on that basis that he granted visas to my three other chidren

Yes, they have a valid point, and unfortunately, due to recent world trends (lets face it, discrimination is slowly becoming normal caution), unless you can prove to a judge/tribunal that you have filled the forms out by mistake because you could not understand it, or have other factors that affected you during the fillation (lol) of the form, or that since all 3 of your children has passed and she is in a similar circumstance and that to block her because of one tiny mistake would be discriminative, then you'd have to retry the whole process.

Sorry, but not knowing the year your daughter was born when completing such an important document is more than an "error." The immigration decision probably has nothing to do with discrimination and everything to do with suspicions of imposter fraud.

You need to seek some professional assistance with this matter. Depending on time frames you may be in a position to ask for the decision to be reviewed or you may need to relodge the application.

Where did you apply for the visa?

If your daughter is old enough to live in another country by her self then she is old enough to apply for a visa herself. And maybe she doesn't qualify because she doesn't have skills needed where you are.
