i am 155cm n weigh around 57-60kg. am i tooooooo overweight?? well..........the thing is that i am not that plum but i am fat unevenly......like........i've got protuding flesh on my arms n my thighs........itz kinda weird coz it looks asthough i am disabled or sumthin......n my tummy is kinda gud but my lower tummy is highly protuding....wat is this????? itz so buggin......so plzzzzz............suggest some excersices to get rid of my ----

Swimming, walking....anything Cardio is good for losing weight....In regards to focussing on particular areas...get to a gym and have a training guide drawn up that focusses on the areas that need tonning. They can advise you how to do the excercises and which ones to do for what you want to focus on.

But swimming and walking are a good start. Some people start by walking whilst carring 'can's of food' in their hands. 1 can in each had as you walk is a good start for a weight. Or K-Mart and places like that have little weights you can buy and use.

thighs....scissors, squats, bycicles
lower tummy....crunches, sit ups
hands...clutching, band stretches
hips...side crunches, running/jogging
